A technician(s) will operate your polling sessions on-site. Simply provide the technician with your PowerPoint presentation, and the technician will create and conduct the polling sessions. The technician posts results during the meeting and can create a variety of reports for you to have post-meeting. We do the work, so you don’t have to!

Dedicated Remote Support

A dedicated technician can prepare and operate your polling sessions off-site. The technician joins the meeting via a web connection with desktop sharing enabled. Once “linked in”, the technician is able to operate the polling sessions. We can create the questions for the sessions, register votes, post results for display, and create reports post-meeting for immediate feedback. As long as web-based video quality is suitable for your event, this is a great option to save the travel cost of the technician.

A PushOne team member will troubleshoot any issues you are having or tackle any questions you have about your PushOne service. Two hours of phone support are supplied with your PushOne subscription. Additional time may be purchased as needed for subscription customers. Phone support is included with any full service or self-service event. Phone support is available from 9am-6pm EST, Monday through Friday. If you leave a voice mail after hours, there is a good chance you will be able to reach someone prior to the next business day.

A PushOne team member will assist you with any issue you might be facing or question you have about your PushOne service. Email support is provided free of charge with all levels of PushOne service. E-mail support is available from 9am-6pm EST, Monday through Friday. If you send an e-mail after hours, there is a good chance you will be able to reach someone before the next business day.
